What is TrainReview?
TrainReview helps you plan strength workouts, record sets and reps while you train, and review each workout afterward.
Can I sync my workouts between devices?
Yes. TrainReview syncs your data across supported Apple devices through iCloud when you are signed in and iCloud is available.
Why does TrainReview use Sign in with Apple?
Sign in with Apple identifies your app account without asking you to create another password. TrainReview uses that account connection for features that work with iCloud.
Does TrainReview use analytics?
TrainReview sends a small set of anonymous usage signals — such as that the review screen was opened — to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. The signals are never linked to your identity and never include your workout data, and you can turn them off at any time in the app's Settings.
