Data Collected
TrainReview stores user-created app data needed to provide its training planner and session review features. This may include:
- Training plans and workout templates.

- Exercise names, sets, reps, loads, notes, and completion details.
- Progress history and post-workout review decisions.
- App preferences and settings.
CloudKit and iCloud Sync
TrainReview uses Apple CloudKit and iCloud to connect and sync app data across supported Apple devices. Synced data is associated with the user's Apple iCloud account and is handled through Apple's iCloud services.
Sign in with Apple
TrainReview supports Sign in with Apple for CloudKit connection. When a user signs in, the app may receive an Apple-provided user identifier and, if the user chooses to share it, the user's name or email relay address.
