Privacy Policy for TrainReview

This policy explains what TrainReview saves, how syncing works, and how you can get help or delete your data.

Information you add to TrainReview

TrainReview saves the information you enter while planning and recording your workouts. This may include:

  • Training plans and workout templates.
  • Workout and session logs.
  • Exercise names, sets, reps, weights, notes, and completion details.
  • Workout history and review notes.
  • App preferences and settings.

Syncing with iCloud

TrainReview uses Apple's iCloud service, powered by CloudKit, to sync your app data across supported Apple devices. Synced data is connected to your iCloud account and handled by Apple under its iCloud terms and privacy policies.

Sign in with Apple

TrainReview offers Sign in with Apple to connect your app account to features that use iCloud. Apple may provide the app with an account identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name or an Apple relay email address. TrainReview uses this information only to connect your account and support syncing.

Analytics

TrainReview collects a small amount of anonymous usage information to help us understand which features are used — for example, that the review screen was opened, or that the app was active that day. These signals are sent to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service based in the European Union. They are anonymized before they leave your device: identifiers are hashed, no IP address is stored, and they are never linked to your identity. They never include your workouts, plans, notes, or anything else you enter in the app.

You can turn analytics off at any time in the app's Settings, under Privacy. The choice takes effect immediately — while the toggle is off, nothing is sent.

Apple may also provide us with crash reports or diagnostics if you choose to share that information in your Apple device settings.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process basic connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, and the page you request, to deliver the site. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Deleting your data

You can delete TrainReview data in the app, from your device, or from iCloud where applicable. For help deleting data or with any other privacy request, email info@cs-game-production.com.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as TrainReview changes. The effective date on this page will be updated when the policy changes.
